Yin Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

Vinyasa Yogo is continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses with connectioin to the breath. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching.


Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a sequence of advanced yoga postures, performed in a specific order, that emphasize the flow and breath between movements.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is focused on building strength and endurance. Power yoga teaches you to move swiftly between poses matching your breath to your movement.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

Beginner-friendly Classes

Trying yoga as a beginner offers a wonderful opportunity to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of mindfulness, all while gradually building a foundation for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
